By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the AbiChat mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ChatterboxCreww ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

AbiChat is a mobile application that provides access to ancient Bharatiya (Indian) wisdom and spiritual guidance through an AI-powered chatbot interface. The App offers:

3. User Eligibility

To use this App, you must:

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.2 AI Limitations

The AI-powered responses are generated based on available data and algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee:

• Real-time updates to all content

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChatterboxCreww shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChatterboxCreww and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the App
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Any claim that your use caused damage to a third party

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and ChatterboxCreww regarding the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
